Summer 2009 Dates:
May 18 – Financial Aid appeal due by 12:00 p.m. for summer 2009 semester.
May 19 – Payment and Enrollment Confirmation due for summer 2009 registered students.
Students will be removed from classes for non-payment/confirmation.
May 21 – Summer bookstore charges begin. Note: RODP books must be purchased at the RODP Bookstore.
May 26 – Summer classes begin.
June 2 – Summer bookstore charges end.
June 16 – Pell refund checks available for full and 1st term sessions. Second term refund checks will be available once attendance has been reported.
June 16 – First loan refund checks available for students enrolled in at least six hours for the full term. First loan refund checks available for students enrolled for 1st term only.
June 30 – Last day to complete a 2008-2009 FAFSA.
July 16 - Second loan refund checks available for students enrolled in full term. First loan refund checks available for students enrolled for 2nd term only.
July 17 – Last day to apply for summer 2009 financial aid.
July 23 - Second loan refund checks available for students enrolled for 2nd term only.
Fall 2009 Dates:

September 4 – Fall bookstore charges end.
September 24 – Refund checks available. Short term and hybrid class refund checks will be available once attendance has been reported.
September 29 – Loan refund checks available to first-time loan borrowers.
November 2 – Second loan refund checks available for fall only loans.
November 20 – Last day to apply for fall 2009 financial aid.
